Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room with LCD Tv, terrace with sea views and two sun loungers, two bedrooms - each equipped with a TV. There is one double room with splendid sea view and the other bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment counts on, one full bathroom with a shower, and also 1 separate WC. These apartments are ideal for people looking for peaceful, comfortable, new, tasteful place BUT still being very close to our beautiful beaches. - Great communal swimming pool (temperature +/- 18-23ºC) and kids’ pool. - Washing machine and tumble drier in the communal utility room, with washing liquid to your disposition. - Nearest restaurant Guantanamo +/- 15min walking - Nearest supermarket +/- 5 min driving - The apartment is constructed on 3 floors, not suitable for disabled people - 4min driving to Amadores or Tauro beach, +/- 15minutes to Maspalomas/Meloneras If you are looking for a busy noisy place close to the beach, this is not for you, BUT if you want comfort, relax, good quality house and still close to the beach, this is the right place for you.
