Dear Mr. Kostorz, Thank you for your recent stay at our Boutique Hotel Corona and for taking the time to let us know about your experiences. We appreciate your compliments about the look of our rooms and hotel. We are one of the oldest 4-star-rated hotels in The Hague and because of this, we try to keep and show our classical style throughout our whole hotel. Furthermore, your high ratings for the services of our staff and cleanliness of the rooms are highly appreciated by everyone in our team as well. Our whole team works very hard every day to provide the best services as possible, on all levels. The ultimate goal is to make our guests feel like they are home away from home. We find it a pity to read that we were unable to inform you correctly about our parking facilities. Unfortunately, we are not able to have a private parking facility, as we are located right in the middle of the city centre. Therefore, we have a partnership with Interparking Museumkwartier which includes a special discount for our guests. However, we do understand that this is not the most convenient option for our guests and we would like to sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. First of all, we are very happy to read that you enjoyed the location of our hotel. Our location is definitely something that we are proud of, as we are located right in the middle of the historic heart of The Hague. Therefore, we are also close to all the famous sightseeing’s and shopping streets and we are glad to read that you have also experienced it this way. Moreover, reading that you were happy with the services you received from our staff also brings us a lot of pride. Our whole team, including all departments, work very hard every day to provide you with the most comfortable and home-feeling like stay, on every level. On the other hand, we would like to sincerely apologize that your room did not meet your expectations and was too small to your liking. We definitely understand that this affected your stay negatively. Unfortunately, the Souterrain rooms and Comfort rooms were not yet a separate room type when you stayed with us in 2022. However, we are pleased to inform you that these room types can now be separately booked by our guests, as a Souterrain room or a Comfort Room. Again, we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our housekeeping staff work very hard every day to provide our guests with the most clean and comfortable rooms for your stay. It is wonderful to read that you loved the location of our hotel, as well as the interior and exterior. Our hotel is an important part of the history of The Hague, as we are the oldest 4-star hotel and we consist of three building of the 17th century. Because of this, we find it very important to maintain our classical style throughout our whole hotel. While being part of the historical centre of The Hague, we are also closely located to all the famous sightseeing’s and shopping centers, which provides us with a perfect location. So, we are really glad to read that you have also experienced it this way. Negativ Die Dusche im Bad ist etwas unpraktisch. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt und schlecht einzustellen. Next to this, we find it very sad to read that you found the shower to be impractical in your room and we would like to sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We would love to hear from you what exactly was impractical about the bathroom, as we are continuously trying to improve our services to meet our guests’ expectations. Furthermore, we regret to read that you experienced the air conditioning to be too cold and hard to use and we are very sorry that this is something that inconvenienced your stay with us. We definitely understand that having a room temperature to your liking is a great benefit during your stay. Please know that we would have tried our utmost best to fix this issue for you and explain the manual of our air conditioning if you would have addressed this during your stay. Because of this, we find it very important to maintain our classical style throughout our whole hotel. We would like to start off by sincerely apologizing for the inconveniences you have experienced during your stay with us. Reading that you were not able to sleep that well because of the exhaust in your bathroom brings us lots of sadness. This is definitely not our intention, as we always want to provide our guests with the best services as possible and we are really sorry we were unable to do so. Please know we would have been more than open to search for a solution together during your stay, to still grant you a good nights’ sleep.
