5.1 Ausreichend

Positiv When we asked to change the room they were flexible to give us a room on another floor with a room with a window. But the rooms are quite small and all is a bit old. So many things need to be renewed. The hotel has long since seen its best years. But we really liked the cleaning lady for our room. always smiling and nice. Kommentar vom Hotel

Kind Regards, Nash, Guest Relations Manager. Negativ We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. When we checke in we got an upgrade on the second basement floor. When we got into the room we were a bit shocked that there was no window. it felt very oppressive. after the first night there was still no light. also the elevator was not workig. So we needed to walk a small staircase down. I was really unhappy with this. we are coming to London and get a room like this? Kommentar vom Hotel
