Ein extra Fenster vor dem eigentlichen Fenster sorgt für Ruhe vor Lärm außerhalb des Gebäudes (dort befindet sich der geschäftige Bahnhofsplatz, aber davon bekommt man drinnen quasi nichts mit).

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und reichhaltig.

Die Schalldichtigkeit der Fenster hätte ich mir ebenfalls für die Zimmertür gewünscht, das Geschehen auf dem Flur war gut zu hören.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I reserved a single room for one night at 109 Euros. Upon arrival around 18:00, I was assigned room 502 on the 5th floor. It was very small, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. After contacting reception, a technician confirmed the odor, and I was moved to room 302. Unfortunately, it was even worse, with a strange smell and old, poorly maintained furniture. When I requested another room, I was offered the same room type on the 4th floor, with the explanation that the smell might be from cleaning materials. It became clear that this row of rooms had poor ventilation. Finally, I was given room 418, which resembled the rooms advertised on the website. While I appreciated getting a decent room, changing rooms three times in one night was extremely frustrating. The handling of the situation by the reception staff was neither honest nor accommodating.
Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
