The receiptionist took forever on check in and check out, each time there were long lines and they were also not friendly, the bathroom of the room was not that clean and there was a strong perfume smell throughout the hotel infused by air infusers in the corridors, the rooms were super hot and warm, even with open window and air cooler it did not help as room was not cooling down
