New and unique to HRS! The HRS Exclusive Price.

The end of the “best prices” on the Internet which you can find everywhere. Several hundred hotels have decided to offer exclusively HRS prices which are at least 10% lower than all other travel websites on the Internet. How does it work?

The promise:

Participating hotels promise that their HRS Exclusive Price is at least 10% cheaper than that offered for the same booking through any other online provider with identical conditions. The only exception to this is the hotel's own Web site and its own sales channels. Here, the hotel guarantees that its price on HRS will be at least as low. For this reason, the guarantee only applies to comparable online offers:

The offer must be for a room of equal value in the hotel you already booked - naturally for the same arrival and departure dates and subject to the same conditions as those under which you make your booking on HRS.

Please therefore check again that everything matches:

• Same arrival and departure date?
• Same room category?
• Same meal plan (e.g. breakfast)?
• Same payment conditions (e.g. prepayment, payment only at the hotel)?
• Same information on the currency and taxes/fees (e.g. value-added tax, service tax included)?
• Same cancellation conditions?

The guarantee does not apply to the following in particular:

• with which payment is required upon booking or before you travel, since with HRS you always pay at the hotel - there is no prepayment with us!
• Bookings for which different cancellation conditions apply, because on HRS you can often cancel your booking right up to the day of arrival. Please therefore check your booking confirmation.
• Bookings that are subject to certain conditions (e.g. minimum stays, minimum guest numbers, specific catering or package services).
• which are not publicly accessible to everyone.

Fulfilment:
Every promise is only as good as its fulfilment. With HRS hotels keep to their word. For this reason: Let us know if the promise for an identical booking with exactly the same conditions is not complied with.

For each night that the promise is not complied with you will receive €20 per room/night. If the difference between the room price with HRS and another website is more than €20 per room/night, the hotel will, of course, refund you this difference. Guaranteed!
The refund will be done by the hotel when the bill is presented, unless the reservation has been cancelled.
