Positive: Dafür kann zwar das Hotel nichts, aber es ist mit dem Wagen sehr gut zu erreichen, immer entgegengesetzt der Staus! Und es liegt günstig in Bukit Bintang, gegenüber Jalan Alor. Lage ist perfekt. Anbindung an Monorail gleich um die Ecke (Jalan Imbi).

Negative: Das Hotel ist dirngend renovierungsbedürftig. Die hälfte der Ausstattung funktioniert technisch nicht, fängt bei Lichtschaltern, wo einige Schalter gar nicht funktionieren, Beim Safe, der entweder hängt (1. Aufenthalt) oder das halbe Keypad nicht funktioniert (2. Auftenthalt). Auf dem Teppich sind Bügeleisenabdrücke und Flecken. Auch die Sauberkeit ist wünschenswert, so war der Zimmerservice nicht in der Lage, auch nur ein einziges mal im Bad über den Waschtisch zu wischen. Schade, dabei ist dies kein Absteigehotel.

Negative: Wir sind mittlereweile mind. das 10 Jahr im Swiss Garden Hotel-aber es wird immer schlechter. Bei unserem jetzigen
Besuch lief im Badezimmer Wasser aus der Toilette. Auch
die restl. sanitären Einrichtungen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß bzw. nicht mehr zu benutzen. Das ganze Hotel zeigt deutliche
Gebrauchsspuren-außer Money machen- wird dort nicht mehr getan. Den Teppich im Zimmer kann man nicht mit nackten Fuessen betreten-so verschmutzt ist dieser. Wir haben zwar
das Zimmer gewechselt-hier lief kein Wasser aus der Toilette,
aber die Dusche funktionierte nicht und tropfte ständig.
Abend im Restaurant konnte man lediglich 2 Gerichte aus der
Speisenkarte wählen, obwohl mind. 20 Gerichte draufstanden.
Was dann an Essen kam, war auch nicht gut. Obwohl die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurant bis 1.00 Uhr Nachts angegeben
waren, war man schon ziemlich erstaunt, dass wir um 10.00 Uhr Abends noch essen wollten.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht wei

Negative: rundherrum Baustelle, die Reinigung muß wohl einen schlechten Tag gehabt haben, im Bad waren noch Haare etc., den bei HRS angebotenen Shuttle-Service zum Times Squere gab es nicht...
