Positive: Sehr freundlcher Empfang an der Reception (die Mitarbeitzerin war auch gerade prämiert worden), kostenloser upgrade in eine höhere Zimmerkategorie mit der gewünschten Aussicht etc.
Concierge ebenfalls sehr hilfreich beim last-minute Theaterkarten-besorgen und der Tickets für die Spanische Hofreitschule.

Negative: Kleinigkeiten: Ich habe für meinen Mann und mich das Hotel gebucht (und bezahlt), aber Begrüssungsschreiben des Managers richtet sich an meinen Mann und mich...
Frühstückspreis mit 30 Euro pro Person für Kaum-Frühstücker etwas hoch, zumal man im Cafe im selben Hause mit grosser Auswahl eine gute Alternative hat..
Footman at the door nicht immer verfügbar, so dass man die Eingangstür meist selbst öffnen musste. Kein Problem an sich, aber mit Einkaufstüten und in einem so renommierten Haus.
