HRS registers as a "GmbH" (limited liability company) with commercial register (HGB) number 6099. It's managing director: Robert Ragge.

HRS is founded and opens its first office in a small street in the Im Sionstal district of southern Cologne with two employees and two telephone lines. Its business: finding hotel rooms for business travellers and industrials.
