A European hotel network for the future
Having been part of tourism in France and Europe for sixty years, the Logis network has taken on an important challenge: to modernise itself without losing its soul.
Identified, recognised and appreciated for their traditional values of friendliness and quality, the Logis are the largest voluntary chain of independent hotel-restaurant managers in Europe, with more than 3,000 establishments. For this reason they occupy a special place in an international hotel industry that has seen increasing levels of standardisation.
The challenge is to strengthen this position and prepare for tomorrow by building a network that is modern and ambitious, but which retains the same generosity and passion in its outlook.
A new image, new quality criteria, the creation of a “premium” category and improved assessment of the restaurants: all of these are important challenges and stages in the building of this major European hotel network for the future.
Founded in 1949, the Fédération Internationale des Logis is present in France, Italy, Germany, Grand Duchy of Luxemburg and Belgium.
Every Logis hotel is different, but all share the same ideas and a common set of standards: a personal welcome, good quality accommodation, regionally inspired cuisine, friendliness and an invitation to try new things.
