Positiv: We stayed here for almost a week and found the staff extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, not plush, but just right for the price, no complaints. The only caveat would be to shop around for the organised trips, you can probably get better deals on hotel for tours arranged through the hotel, particularly for Sapa.

Positiv: gute Unterstützung bei Reiseplanung innerhalb Vietnams
Positiv: Sehr schoenes Hotel und sehr zentrumsnah. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf den Zimmern steht ein eigener PC bereit. Der Internetzugang ist kostenlos. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sowie die sanitaeren Anlagen tip-top. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Negativ: Einige Zimmer haben keine Fenster und koennen deshalb etwas stickig sein.
