Positiv: Atmosphäre, Service, Ausstattung alles super.
Negativ: Internetzugang nicht im Zimmerpreis, das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie schlecht. Die Schallisolierung unseres Zimmers war nicht ausreichend (Verbindungstür).
Negativ: Kein Safe im Zimmer
Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alle Anfragen wurden vom freundlichen Personal sofort kompetent beantwortet, das Frühstück im Business Center war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Positiv: Tolles Hotel in guter Lage zum Regierungsviertel. Direkter Zugang zur Metro!
Positiv: Ich konnte am Tag der Anreise schon um 11h das Zimmer beziehen. Check-out erst 12h. Gute Lage.
Negativ: das Zimmer 1001 liegt direkt neben der Aufzuganlage, daher war es laut. Besser ein anderes Zimmer wählen.
Positiv: gute Lage, Metro-Zugang zu einem Knotenpunkt, guter Consierge-Desk
Negativ: Preisangaben irreführend, Zimmer gut aber nicht der Klasse entsprechend,

Negativ: The Spa area (pool, gym) are at most "American standard", not at all comparable to European hotels. Would say, that is more like a 3-Star element of an otherwise exceptionally great hotel
Positiv: Lage: Hervorragengendes Hotel in Toplage und fast alles ist gute fusslaeufig erreichbar.
Zimmer: Sehr gross fuer US city. Ca. 30-35 m2. Tolles Bad mit guter Ausstattung. Hatten Zi. mit Kingsize Bett gebucht.
Weiteres: Fitness Center, super Fruehstueckbuffett.
Negativ: Diese Info sollte an das Hotel weitergeggeben werden: Bis spaet in den Abend wurden Zimmer geputzt und folglich standen immer Servicewagen (Waesche, etc.) herum.
