Positiv: In Foyer durchaus hip und ansprechend, auch die Zimmergröße für NYC nicht schlecht. Die Lage ist ehr etwas für insider, und 20 Blocks vom Columbus Circle / Lincoln Center entfernt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es mit einem SoHo Hotel mixen!
Negativ: Der Teppichboden des Zimmers benötigt Hausschuhe,
Positiv: Ideale Lage, besonders die Dachterasse ist enmalig
Negativ: Trotz Reklamation des defekten Fernsehers wurde nichts unternommen.
Positiv: Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, Koffereinlagerung am Abreisetag kein Thema.
Für NY ruhiges Hotel, auch wenn man Strasse und Lüftung etwas hört, Nachbarn nihct zu bemerken - Tipp: Zimmer in den Hinterhof oder in die 77th Street wählen,
Im Eingangsbereich schöne Lounge mit Musik, die zum Sitzenbleiben einlädt.

Beim nächtsen mal wieder dieses Hotel
Negativ: Fenster entsprechen nicht dem deutschen Standard (Lärmdämmung und zugig) - Tipp: in der Übergangszeit und im Winter die großen Kissen vors Fenster stellen.
Eingang ist nicht am Broadway oder 79th Street sondern in der 77th Street an der Ecke zum Broadway
Positiv: Costumer care is really perfekt! Very friendly and helpful.
Our Room was really big but we was some other ones which had been small.
Negativ: The bathroom was verry small and bad.
Das Badezimmer war schlecht. Neben dem Waschbecken ist ein Holzbrett, dass nicht hygienisch ist da es andauernd feucht wird.
Des weiteren ist die Toilette absolut schlecht, da kein Plastik sondern ein Holzrahmen drauf ist und somit es nicht möglich ist (auch teilweise abgebrochene stückee) sich auf jenen draufzusetzen.
Zuletzt muss man erwähnen, dass das hotel weit vom Times Square entfernt ist. Für diejenigen die alles zu fuß gehen möchten ist das hotel nicht zu raten(Wir haben 30 Minuten sehr schneller Gang, bis zum times square gebraucht)
Positiv: Riesen Bett
Negativ: Ziemlich abgewohnt, 10 Jahre keine Renovierung, dreckige Teppiche, kaputte Geräte, Tel funktionierte nicht, Bad nicht sauber.
Positiv: Ansprechend eingerichtetes und für New Yorker Verhältnisse überraschend geräumiges Zimmer. Tolle Dachterrasse. Sehr gute Lage nahe dem Central Park mit direkter Anbindung an viele "Hot Spots" in NY per U-Bahn.
Negativ: Sauberkeit könnte für ein Hotel dieser Klasse besser sein.
Positiv: Ich war angehm überrascht. Preis war "Schnäppchen"
