It is a beautiful resort-like property, however affordable, enabling guests to enjoy full comfort without the resort fees. The Kendall Hotel and Suites is surrounded by 11 acres of carefully landscaped grounds, featuring on site tennis courts, and a refreshing outdoor pool. Whirlpool and fitness center are also available. Parking is available for free, permits required. Aside excellent business services, to complete the offer for business and leisure travelers alike, the Kendall Hotel and Suites offers dining at the Paradise Grill Monday through Saturday, a complimentary full english breakfast that features an Omelet Station, Scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, homemade potatoes, pancakes, variety of cereals, fresh fruits, Danish pastries, bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, milk, sodas, coffee and tea , served daily 7:30am - 10:30am.
