positiv: Beste Lage...

positiv: Glühwein als das welcome drink in Winter finde ich als eine gute Idee

negativ: Die Garage ist nicht in der Hotel, aber sehr in der Nähe, Eingang ins Zimmer durch Balkon gefählt mir nicht ganz, besonders in höheren Etagen

positiv: Very friendly, customer oriented, most of my needs were met, either automatically or on request. Central postion of the hotel enabled me to find a good restaurant for dinner in short time. Free pot with house made warm wine standing in the corner of backyard is a good idea to counteract the cold in winter.

negativ: Wellness area is realy simple, its a small room with jacuzzi and a little sauna, for a rest there is only one small bench to sit ( i missed a place to lay and relax after coming out from sauna) and there is no water source to drink and refill fluids. One more thing, from reception to other places in the hotel ( room, dining room, wellness area) you have to walk thru backyard, i can imagine in summer that might be ok but comming out of wellness area in winter and stepping out to -4 C is not that pleasant.

positiv: Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen: Hotel ist sehr gut durchorganisiert, das Personal qualifiziert und hilfsbereit. Zimmer zwar etwas klein, aber funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber - so wie das gesamte Hotel. Hoher Sicherheitsstandard im Innen- und Eingangsbereich durch elektronisches. Kartensystem.

An der Rezeption sind gutes Infomaterial und auch ein Stadtplan Budapests kostenlos erhältlich.

negativ: Bitte nicht als Negative Anmerkungen verstehen - höchstens als kleines Manko:

- bei Anreise mit dem Auto: Parken - auch Gepäckausladen - ist vor dem Hotel nicht möglich (da Fussgängerzone). Fussweg zum Parkhaus ca. 150m. Kosten 16 Euro pro Tag.

- Frühstücksraum sehr klein. Freiluftbereich erst ab 9 Uhr nutzbar, da Hotelzimmer direkt an den Aussenbereich angrenzen.

- Fussgängerzone in der Hotelbeschreibung etwas übertrieben: DIE Fussgängerzone Budapests liegt etwa 1km Fussweg entfernt.

positiv: Gute Lage, sehr sauber

negativ: Bad sehr klein

positiv: top Hotel, top Lage = sehr empfehlenswert

positiv: Zentrale und ruhige Lage, Zimmergröße angenehm

negativ: sehr kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tage nicht einmal sauber gemacht, die Betten nicht frisch bezogen. Viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum für die Hotelgröße, knapp 30 Plätze auf 20 QM bei einer Deckenhöhe von 2m, Büffet viel zu eng, dort ist max. Platz für 2 Personen. Frühstücksleistung eher bescheiden, 3 Sorten Wurst und Käse, 1 Sorte Dosenobst, div. Marmeladen und Gebäckstücke. Zur Bedienung des Zimmersafes muss man sich auf den Boden knien, weil er so unübersichtlich positioniert wurde.

positiv: Die Appartements waren super

negativ: Das Frühstück und noch viel mehr der Frühstücksraum machen vieles von dem guten Eindruck wieder zunichte

negativ: Insgesamt die Sauberkeit war ok. Jedoch habe ich im Waschbecken Spuren von Zahnpasta gesehen, was zeigt, dass das Waschbecken nicht geputzt wurde.

positiv: Die Ausstattung entspricht 2 bis 3 Sterne. Direkt in der Innenstadt.

negativ: Keine PArkplatzmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Entfernung zum Auto bis 1 km.

Bad ist extrem klein für die Sterne. Der Gang zum Frühstück zum Teil offen.

Der Frühstücksraum ist extrem klein und entspricht Mc Donalds Charakter

Regarding parking please note that there is a garage we are cooperating with in the small street about 100 meter besides the hotel.
