Services rendered during the stays shall be provided based on the Customer's written order, which shall comprise: 1. number of persons 2. complete names (written in roman characters, transcript in accordance with valid passport) 3. date of birth 4. number of valid passport 5. in case of children stay, childs age 6. accommodation category 7. arrival / departure date (length of stay) 8. range of required services - boarding, spa treatment, special requirements 9. specification of additional services - transfer, etc. 10. name of the first and last service that SWH should provide Orders made according to current agreement shall be considered as binding after their confirmation by SWH. Supply of services is under the condition of timely payment in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
