Positiv: Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage
Positiv: Wir waren sehr angetan von diesem Hotel, hier stimmte einfach alles! Wann immer wir noch mal nach London kommen, wir werden hier übernachten! Sehr positiv auch das Frühstück zu einem vernünftigem Preis.
Negativ: Ganz wenig und nur Kleinigkeiten: meine Frau hat sich gewundert, dass sie den Haartrockner nicht im Bad anschließen konnte. Und dann gab es diesen superlieben und hilfsbereiten Concierge, der uns genau erklärt hat, wo unser Zug nach Gatwick abfährt und dass von London Bridge aus nur die Southern Line nach Gatwick fährt. Lieber Concierge, 16:41 auf Gleis 5 fährt First Capital Express, und so sind wir gezwungenermassen schwarz gefahren! Nur gut dass keiner kontrolliert hat:-)
Positiv: Sehr gut gelegen direkt zwischen London Bridge und Tower Bridge am Dungeon, Nähe Borough Market. Wir haben 3 MonTe vorher fix für 130 Pfund pro Nacht gebucht. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Viele Frühtücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, z.B. freitags und samstags im Borough Market.
Negativ: Leider lange Anreise mit der U-Bahn vom Heathrow Airport ( ca. 90 Minuten!). Besser teureren Heathrow Express nehmen
Positiv: tolle Lage im Zentrum der Stadt; freundliches Personal
Positiv: Sehr serviceorientiertes Personal am Empfang, klasse Bett
Positiv: Zimmer konnte schon um 9 Uhr morgens bezogen werden! :)
Positiv: Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Kostenloses Upgrade auf größeres Zimmer; sogar kostenlose kleine Flasche Wein war dabei.
Negativ: Zimmer lag im 3. Stock, im 2. Stock wurde eine Hochzeit gefeiert. Die Musik war im Zimmer sehr laut zu hören und zwar bis tief in die Nacht.
Positiv: Die kleine Details wie tägliches Wasser, Obst und Schkolade "with compliments"
Positiv: Das beste Hotel, das ich je in London hatte.
