Located on a quiet location in an important business and residential suburb of Sao Paulo, where many major corporations are based. 1 child up to age 7 is free when staying in same room with parents/grandparents. According to Brazilian laws we are forbidden to accommodate guests under 18 years unless in the company of their parents. If a guest under 18 years is not accompanied by his or her parents the person accompanying this guest must present at the time of check in an authorization consenting the accommodation by the parents. All guests under 18 years must present their passport at check in.
