- Nearby Victoria Street and our section of Darlinghurst Road features a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and coffee shops. The famous Tropicana Cafe is one of the closest and best of these cafes. Zen Day Spa is located just across the road from the hotel for beauty and massage treatments and next to it is Govinda's Theatre, which shows two first release feature movies every night, and the famous Lime Bar for elegant drinking and dining. Oxford Street is only a five minute walk away. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the city. Trains and busses from Kings Cross Station are running frequently to all major attractions within the city although the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour are in walking distance. St Vincent's Hospital is two blocks away. Eastern suburbs beaches are also easily accessible via public transport as are the harbour beaches of Redleaf and Neilson Park.

Anfahrt zum Hotel
By train to Kings Cross Station (5 minutes walk south to hotel). If coming from the airport change at Central from the Airport Line to the Eastern Suburbs Line.
From the City 324, 325 and 311 bus routes all pass nearby and we are within five minutes' walk of Taylor Square (Oxford Street).
By car from the airport via the Eastern Distributor (Kings Cross exit) then right onto William Street, then right into Victoria Street (across the top of the Kings Cross tunnel) along Victoria Street and then right again into Liverpool Street then another right into Darlinghurst Road.

Positiv: Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal.
Frühstück gibt es in einem kleinen Restaurant gegenüber, z.B. typisch britisches Frühstück mit "bacon and eggs". Sehr reichlich, wenn man will.
Negativ: Die Bewertung mit 5 Sternen scheint ein großes Missverständnis zu sein und müsste sofort geändert werden. Ich sprach auch mit dem Hotelpersonal deshalb, die auch sagten, das sei nicht möglich. Maximal drei Sterne, eher zwei. Aus dem Fenster gibt es keine Aussicht, sie sind matt gehalten, da direkt gegenüber sich eine Hauswand befindet. Es heißt "aus Gesundheits- und Sicherheitgründen soll man die Fenster nicht öffnen".
Negativ: Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster, dass mit Milchglasfolie verklebt war und NICHT zu öffnen war! Für ein Hotel welches sich 5 Sterne gibt absolut untragbar!
Positiv: Sehr gutes Frühstück gegenüber des Hotels.
Negativ: Kein geschützter W-LAN-Bereich, es konnten sich Fremde in mein Laufwerk "einhacken".
Nachts recht laut durch die darunterliegende Bar.
Positiv: Sehr gut gelegenes Boutique Hotel mit Stil und Charme
