Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley

 The rooms were very clean and comfortable and felt very high end as the hotel is relatively new. I really appreciated the entire  staff, they were very kind and helpful during my entire week stay. I hated to leave!  And there was always plenty of staff I never had to wait for anything by phone or when I went to the front desk.

 The only thing that was an inconvenience  was the fact there was no mini fridge in my room. I've never been to a  hotel that didn't have one, I don't know if it's because of the pandemic but that was inconvenient. I did however purchase an ice chest and Thank goodness there were very nice big ice machines at the hotel so I could keep my food and drinks  cold,  especially since I spent a week there and having that convenience is pretty necessary in my opinion. Unfortunately that was a lot of unnecessary work for somebody like me who has mobility issues and is 74 years old.
